If you are only interested in representing our brand to get free products, then we aren't the right fit. Atomic was founded to do things differently. We put the quality of the products above all else. When we are considering working with an athlete, we are incredibly selective. We look for people who already use and love our products, and who resonate with our mission.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekdays before noon MST will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after noon or on the weekend will ship the next business day. Orders will not be shipped out on holidays, they will be shipped the following business day. Shipments may be delayed in the event of a natural disaster, power outage, or other instances that are out of our control. 

- If our merchant service provider flags an order as potentially fraudulent, a customer service associate may reach out to verify the payment and billing information.

- If you cannot be reached or cannot provide proper identification, your order will be canceled.

Due to a high volume of carrier-related delivery issues we have implemented a new shipping policy.

If your shipping address is an apartment we will include delivery instructions for the carrier to deliver your package to the front office to avoid package theft. 

If your order contains 2 or more products we will require a signature upon receipt. This helps to ensure our exercise supplements are getting to the right people so you can start boosting your workout performance even sooner. 

All domestic orders within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days, but usually sooner. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. When you first receive your initial shipping confirmation email, your label has been printed and is being prepared for shipment.

International orders are shipped via UPS or Standard International - Mail Innovations. UPS Worldwide generally takes 3-4 business days, and Mail Innovations takes 8-14 business days. Mail Innovations moves through your country's local post network for final delivery. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies for bringing protein powders, workout supplements, and the like into the country. We do not control customs fees or policies, and our shipping does not cover these fees. When you first receive your initial shipping confirmation email, your label has been printed and is being prepared for shipment.

Atomic Strength Nutrition is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Atomic Strength Nutrition is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider. 

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS and Mail Innovations for all orders outside of the U.S. 

Customs fees are not covered in the shipping costs that are charged by Atomic Strength Nutrition. Customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately, we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Please note that no matter whom the carrier is, U.S. Postal or private, the laws and rules are the same for everyone. Each country is different and each carrier handles these issues differently when clearing customs. UPS/Mail Innovations ship’s all international orders, as they guarantee your package’s delivery within 3-4 business days, and will contact you to pay the fees before delivery. 

- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our pre-workout supplements, whey protein isolate, and all other Atomic Strength products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@atomicstrengthnutrition.com and we will make it right.

- Our 90-day policy takes effect the day your package was delivered. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange outside that 90-day window. 

- It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. 

- We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.

- If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

In the event a refund is issued, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Returned packages will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-7 business days). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@atomicstrengthnutrition.com.

We make every effort to ensure our packages ship out correctly and quickly, but occasionally mistakes are made. If we made a mistake with your order, please email us at info@atomicstrengthnutrition.com. We may request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. 

We do offer wholesale orders on workout supplements, whey protein isolate, and our other products to select gyms and supplement retailers within the continental US and Mexico. Atomic Strength Nutrition can be found in many gyms and supplement retailers across the US. We're adding new retailers every day. Your best bet is to call your local store and ask if they carry our line. If they do not, you can always order our workout supplements online! Be sure to let them know why you love Atomic, they can always reach out to us to pick up the line.
